Senior Co-Op 2024: Week 3 Blog Prompts

Choose two of the following & post thoughtful responses on your blog. These posts should be 5-6 sentences minimum. You may do them at any point during the week, but make sure all are done by the end of the day on Sunday, June 2th. All of your blogs must be complete in order to participate in Senior Week and to walk at graduation!

1. You are more than half-way through your Co-Op experience. What challenges have you faced? What have you learned? What are you doing to ensure a successful completion of your time?

2. Who benefits from the work that you do at Co-Op? How and/or why?

3. What are you thankful for in your Co-Op experience?

4. Do you have any regrets so far? What would you do differently if you could start Co-Op over?

5. What are social interactions like in your workplace? Do people spend a lot of time socializing? Are people isolated, doing their own things? Lots of collaboration on work projects? Not much collaboration? How does the social dynamic impact or reflect the organization's work?

6. Describe how experiences at HTHMA have prepared you for your experience during Co-Op.

7. Describe one challenge that arose this week at your Co-Op site (related to the work the company does). How did your mentor and their colleagues solve this problem?
